Bhindeshi By-Laws (Original Version – 2016)
The original governing document adopted following the incorporation of Bhindeshi as a nonprofit organization in 2016. This version established the foundational structure, purpose, membership framework, and governance model for the organization.
By-Laws Amendment – General Body Meeting (December 6, 2025)
This amendment updated several provisions of the Bhindeshi By-Laws, including the Association’s official address, organizational purpose, Executive Committee structure, eligibility requirements for office bearers, duties of officers, and conflict-of-interest provisions.
The amendment was formally presented and approved by the Bhindeshi General Body at the General Body Meeting held on December 6, 2025.
Financial Governance Amendment – Follow-up General Body Meeting (December 13, 2025)
This amendment introduced Article XI: Financial Governance, Transparency, and Accountability, establishing formal standards for financial reporting, budgeting practices, financial oversight by the General Body, and accountability provisions for the Executive Committee.
The amendment was approved by the Bhindeshi membership at the follow-up General Body Meeting held on December 13, 2025.
